High Speed Internet Access

The Best Western Admiral Rodney Hotel is pleased to advise our clientele that we now have High Speed Internet Access (wired and wireless) in all bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

The Hotel has recognised the necessity of high-speed Internet access for the business traveller. We know that many business guests make their choice of hotel dependent on high-speed internet access being available. The modern traveller knows the importance of being accessible 24 hours a day. The checking of priority e-mails can be vital to the profession they are in, and being able to contact clients out of normal business hours can make all the difference in the world to today's business.

The system that has been installed at the Best Western Admiral Rodney Hotel, is Cibersuite, which utilises both wireless ( via 802.11g ) and wired ( via Homeplug/Powerline ) networking. Guests simply contact the reception team to be allocated a username and password, and away they go!

The charge for this service is minimal, with one hours access being £3.00, and twenty-fours hours access at a mere £8.00. Powerline adaptors are available to loan for those who do not use wireless access points. (Powerline utilises the electrical cabling via an adaptor, to connect to the internet server.)

The hotel has also invested in a laptop which can be hired out to guests and conferences, so there is no nedd to be out of contact with clients, friends or loved ones during your visit to Horncastle.

High Speed Internet Access is also available to members of the public, using the public areas of the hotel. The Best Western Admiral Rodney Hotel is the only wireless hotspot within 15 miles, so you can surf in comfort whilst enjoying a coffee!

It is hoped that by the end of 2006, that most Best Western hotels throughout the country will have high speed internet access, making the hotel group the best choice for the modern traveller.
